1. General Provisions
bdbagi is an online betting and casino entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal basis of the agreement between bdbagi and each registered user of the platform ("you" or "member").

- You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh
- Access is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is completely prohibited
- Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited

3. Account Registration
To open an account with bdbagi, you must provide accurate and complete information. All information provided at the time of registration must reflect your real identity.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.3 Updating Information
If any details on your account change, you must inform our support team immediately. Maintaining outdated or incorrect information may result in the temporary suspension of your account.
4. Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your bdbagi account. Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Specific terms and conditions apply to financial transactions on bdbagi. All transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption technology.
5.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer
- Deposited funds must come from your own account only
- Deposits from accounts operated in a third party's name are not accepted

5.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000

- Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed

6. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers from bdbagi are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated terms.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total ৳2,000; or deposit ৳18,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus — total ৳26,000
- Wagering requirement: you must bet 15 times the bonus amount
- Each member may not receive the welcome bonus more than once
- After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time
6.2 Ongoing Promotions and VIP Benefits
- Bronze tier: up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Silver tier: up to 0.8% cashback per week
- Gold tier: up to 1.1% cashback per week
- Platinum tier: up to 1.5% cashback per week
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Abusing the bonus system, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or using any other fraudulent method will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account being closed.
7. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply strictly to betting and gaming on the bdbagi platform. These rules apply equally to all members.
7.1 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits may change from time to time. VIP members may be eligible for higher betting limits.
7.2 Game Results
The results of all games and bets rely on a random number generator (RNG) and the technology of accredited providers. There is no possibility of pre-determining results. bdbagi is committed to ensuring fair play.
7.3 Technical Errors
If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, technical issue or loss of connection, bdbagi reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error may not be honoured.
7.4 Sports Betting
Separate rules apply to each event for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football (FIFA World Cup, international leagues), kabaddi and other sports. Bets cannot be changed once confirmed.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbagi platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate permanent closure of the account.
- Opening and operating more than one account under the same person's name
- Organised betting or ring betting for the purpose of abusing bonuses
- Using fraudulent software, bots or automated systems
- Attempting to influence the outcome of games
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account
- Providing false information during age verification
- Attempting to damage the system through hacking, phishing or cyber attacks
- Engaging in harassing or abusive behaviour toward other members
9. Responsible Gaming
bdbagi is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe that entertainment should always remain within controlled limits. As part of these terms and conditions, we put in place various protective measures for our members.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the bdbagi platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, trademarks and other intellectual assets — are the exclusive property of bdbagi or are used under an authorised licence.

- bdbagi's trademarks and logos may not be used for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the platform's software is prohibited
- Limited viewing permission is granted for personal, non-commercial use
11. Limitation of Liability
bdbagi provides services on an "as is" basis. bdbagi's liability is limited in the following matters:
11.1 Service Disruption
bdbagi bears no liability for compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical faults, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or other unavoidable reasons.
11.2 User Losses
Financial losses resulting from participation in gaming fall under the user's personal risk and responsibility. bdbagi does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for money lost.
11.3 Third-Party Software
If any defect or issue occurs in the software of third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft, bdbagi's scope of liability will be determined by the game provider's own policy.
12. Changes & Termination
12.1 Changes to Terms
bdbagi reserves the right to partially or fully amend these rules and terms at any time. Members will be notified in a timely manner of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.
12.2 Account Termination
You may request to close your account at any time through support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed (provided wagering conditions have been met).
12.3 bdbagi's Rights
bdbagi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to violation of the rules and terms, suspicious activity, or legal reasons.
